How many times have you been faced with the need to add a comment on an order or a customer as a reminder for later or for the person who has to prepare the packages to read, for example?

As you know, in PrestaShop you can add notes in an order, but they are only notes on the customer and the notes you add from an order, are displayed in all orders of that customer, which makes that functionality is not very valid to create notes on orders.

With this module for PrestaShop you will be able as store administrator to create all the private notes you need for both orders and customers.

They can also be created by other employees of the online store who have enabled this functionality in their profile.

Each note will record the date and time it was created or edited and the employee who created it.

With this module you will never forget anything about an order, neither you nor any of the employees who have to manage the orders. Write down everything you need, the notes are unlimited and you can edit them as many times as you need.

Integration with RingOver

In addition, we have added integration with Ringover an online PBX. So that if you use this virtual PBX provider, you can keep synchronized the contacts and comments that are put in Ringover and so you can consult them in both systems when you need them.
