In stores where there is availability, an option to reserve and pick up within a certain period of time will be shown in the module configuration. If the customer is logged in, an order will be automatically created for the chosen store with a configurable status in the module. If the customer is not logged in, he will be shown a popup to login or register with basic information (name, email, password, address) and the order will be created. When the reservation is created an email will be sent to the customer with the pick up time and an additional text configurable in the module.
The in-store payment module is required for the operation of the reservations. You can buy it in the payment modules section.
The products that will be available for reservation will be those that have the “Pick up in store” carrier activated.
The module includes a cron job to cancel orders that have exceeded the pickup deadline.
The module also controls that there is no stock out at the time of booking.
