With this module you will comply with the Consumer Protection Act and the Trade Act (cancellation regulations) by providing an easily identified return form in your online store.
This form will ask for the minimum data to make the return, not forcing the customer to give any reason for the cause of withdrawal.
The sample form published in the B.O.E. has been used as a basis.
If the customer is not logged in to the store, he/she will be asked for the minimum amount of information necessary to process the return.
If the customer is logged in to the store, his or her data is automatically taken to facilitate the management of the order.
The module generates a new section in your store with the form. You can add the link to that section in the top menu, in the footer or in the customer’s account.
Integrated with PrestaShop returns system
The return requests will go to PrestaShop’s standard returns management, so you can manage them in an agile way, using the returns statuses you already have enabled in your store. This way you will have the management controlled throughout the entire process.
