Business Care = Support + Upgrades for 1 year

Pay for the module only once!

Renew every year and get continuous upgrades and expert support.

When you purchase a module, a Business Care subscription is automatically included for the first year. You can renew for annual periods if you wish.

Includes:

Support for module issues
Security updates
Compatibility updates for new versions of PrestaShop
Upgrades for new features
1 full year of service

Not included:

Compatibilities with other modules on request
Customisation of functionalities
Design customisation to fit the template
Support on non module-related problems in your shop
Support on problems caused by third-party modules

(Any customisation or compatibilisation must be budgeted and contracted as an additional service)

Upgrades and annual support:

The update service allows you to download from the customer panel, any new version that we release. The installation of the update is at the customer’s expense.

After the first year, the customer will be offered the possibility to renew the Business Care service for an additional year. This is completely optional, if you do not wish to renew, you will be able to continue using the module installed at that moment in the version you have available. You will no longer be able to download new updates and you will not receive support in case of any incident.

In order to download updates or receive support again, you will need to purchase Business Care again.
